General Policy

AD-Porn.com's general policy is to act as the provider and distributer of advertising media through our advertising exchange system. AD-Porn.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by AD-Porn.com if AD-Porn.com's management determines that the account has been inappropriately used. 

AD-Porn.com forbids anyone from using our services to display advertsing or websites that may contain any illegal content. This includes racist, downloads, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.

As a member of AD-Porn.com are only allowed one account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted. 

Spam Policy

AD-Porn.com complies 100% with the Can-Spam act of 2003. AD-Porn.com does not send out unsolicited emails and will not under any circumstances contact any AD-Porn.com member that has not opted in specifically to recieve the AD-Porn.com membership newsletter. The only exception to this is with the initial signup email and payment emails. If you wish to be removed from our newsletter please login to your AD-Porn.com account and uncheck the newsletter box.

Payment Policy

Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. AD-Porn.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. 

Cancellation And Refund Policy

All payments made by the client to AD-Porn.com are for the use of advertising and are non-refundable. AD-Porn.com account cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of AD-Porn.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. 

Lawful Purpose

Members that use the AD-Porn.com geo targeted advertising system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to all AD-Porn.com member accounts. You as a member of AD-Porn.com hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AD-Porn.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal advertising and or materials. 

Password Protection

Members of AD-Porn.com is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. AD-Porn.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords. 

Disclaimer

AD-Porn.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Ad Swap.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its advertising network or through the Internet. Ad Swap.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. 

Member understands that AD-Porn.com's services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via an e-mailed newsletter. AD-Porn.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service. 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
